Very rare, lovely crisp and very clean 1000 Piso Banknote Republika NG Pilipinas dated 1999. I believe this is a P186b with the Estrada/Singson signatures and holds a rarity value of 90 (out of 100) on Numista.com . There is no security thread on this note but holding it to the light you will see an imbedded dark line. The watermark is clean
